Mags and brochures

Design and production of inspirational quarterly magazines for multiple brands.

As part of the initial content creation team, I developed a strong understanding of each project brief. With in‑depth knowledge of every brand and its audience, I was responsible for sourcing photography and creating designs using tailored typographic styles. Each edition of every magazine was crafted as a bespoke piece, unique to the needs of the customer.

Reach:

  • Cats Protection Magazine: 30,000 existing supporters

  • Citalia, Sovereign, Austravel and Hayes & Jarvis: 10,000–15,000 existing customers per brand, quarterly

  • Tailormade Travels Magazine: 35,000 direct customers across all four brands

Direct mail

These direct mail pieces are designed with a clear focus on customer retention, with every item personalised through data capture to ensure relevance and stronger supporter engagement.

The creative spans inspirational editorial content and impactful imagery, through to storytelling and personalised ‘thank you’ messages for high‑value supporters, as well as bespoke raffle and lottery communications. Each mailing is uniquely designed, varying from simple self‑mailers to more complex packs that can include up to five individual components. This flexible approach ensures every audience receives varied, tailored marketing content that keeps engagement fresh and meaningful.

Reach:

  • Cats Protection: 2,000 per month and up to 12,000 quarterly

  • Hayes and Jarvis & Sovereign: 10,000–15,000 existing customers per brand, once a month

Digital design

Digital design is crafted to deliver personalised, audience‑focused content across social and web platforms.

From dynamic social media posts and immersive story formats to fully bespoke website designs, each piece is created to reflect the brand’s tone, purpose and audience insights. Using data‑driven personalisation, every asset is tailored to strengthen engagement—whether through eye‑catching statics or thoughtfully structured web pages. Designs range from fast‑turnaround social campaigns to complete website builds, ensuring a seamless visual identity across all digital touchpoints and providing users with meaningful, intuitive, and visually rich experiences.

Corp design

Corporate design supports the ongoing evolution of a brand through clear, consistent and modern visual communication.

This includes producing a wide range of long‑form corporate documents—such as annual reports, organisational reviews and specialist guides—each designed to present complex information with clarity and purpose. Branded calendars and diaries are also created annually to enhance recognition, combining strong imagery and cohesive brand elements to reinforce identity across all audiences.

Charity fundraising

Charity fundraising collateral is designed to provide flexible, impactful support for both national and local activity.

This includes a wide variety of posters and flyers that can be fully personalised for regional teams, ensuring tailored messaging for community events and supporter engagement. Pull‑up banners are created to boost brand awareness at fundraising activities, offering strong visibility at both small local events and large‑scale gatherings. Targeted digital advertising further extends this reach, promoting local fundraisers and events with precise audience targeting to maximise impact and supporter participation.

Campaigns

Campaigns bring together digital and print creativity to deliver cohesive, high‑impact messaging across national and regional audiences.

Digital campaigns for social channels are designed to be adaptable for both large‑scale nationwide activity and targeted local engagement, ensuring every asset remains relevant and audience‑focused. These are supported by printed materials when required—providing a consistent visual identity across online and offline touchpoints, strengthening brand visibility and enhancing campaign reach in every setting.

Large format

Large format graphics deliver bold, high‑impact visual communication.

This includes brand‑new large format designs created for all 32 Cats Protection Cat Centres and 76 retail shops, developed as part of a comprehensive two‑year project completed in 2025. Each centre and shop received bespoke exterior and interior graphics designed to strengthen brand visibility, enhance supporter experience and create a cohesive, modern identity across every location.
